Building a Great Body TOP to BOTTOM

Building a great body requires working your entire body: Legs, Back, Shoulders, Arms, and Abs

You can do this with just a set of dumbbells in your home, on a trip, or at the gym. Do the exercises for each body part 2-3 sets  with 12-15 repetitions.

Plie Squat (Legs)

Lunges (Legs)

Bent Over Row (Back)

Shoulder Press (Shoulders)

Kick Back (Triceps)

Dumbbell Curl (Biceps)

Crunches (Abs)
